The rooftop pool provided a nice respite from the day. The breakfast room had a fine view of the Acropolis, really something. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The service was attentive, a definite plus.

The room looked dated. It reminded me of it had not been updated in decades.

repetitive selection inconvenient policy

the BREAKFAST service disappointed. i found the selection repetitive. the orange juice tasted artificial. ALSO, the rooftop bar requires immediate payment. i could not charge drinks to my room. THIS felt inconvenient.

The hotel offers off street garage parking and that was very convenient. The restaurant has a nice view. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. I appreciated the service.

I found the breakfast area noisy at 7 am because chairs were scraping on the outdoor patio above and this disrupted the mornings. It impacted my experience to some extent.

The rooftop pool had amazing views. it featured comfortable loungers. the views from the vertigo bar were amazing! i found the breakfast on the rooftop delicious. it offered panoramic city views. I enjoyed the fresh pastries. the location was spot on, close to many attractions.

a haven of serenity

relaxing treatment friendly staff valet parking magical ambiance

eleni's face treatment left me feeling utterly relaxed , the experience was really good. the staff were very cute and friendly , and always ready to assist. i really appreciated the valet parking service , it made everything so convenient. the essential oil fragrances in the hallways and lobby created a magical ambiance.

the minibar in my room was not stocked , and i learned that the minibar menu was outdated.

unpleasant view cheap slippers

i thought this hotel would be better. the room i got initially had a very unpleasant view of a wall covered in dead ivy. it. also, for a place that claims to be a five-star hotel, i was surprised that the bathroom lacked basic amenities like body lotion. the provided slippers was like cheap paper and the breakfast tables only had paper napkins. a little disappointing, wasn't it? i think they should invest in better supplies.
